I spoke to Felyn about changing my billing address and having the correspondence go to my mother's email rather than mine. She did a great job and was very helpful. I'm very impressed with what they do for the hearing lost community. They seem to be a great company. I don't have any information on the hearing aids that I purchased at this time. I can just say that I purchased the Nebroo Infinity Bluetooth hearing aids. They're supposed to be the top of the line of what they carry. You purchase them now you will get a great deal. They're regular $1,700 but at this time you can get them for $436.00. But don't wait too long they could go up in price very soon. But to get back to Felyn at customer service she's a great asset to your company. She treated me very well and she's very well spoken. And you can tell she enjoys her job. All and all my experience with Felyn was really great I can't say enough about her.

Larry was awesome at resolving the problem I had with my original order. He is sending me the behind the ear style. They should be here in 10 days. Hopefully these will be the answer. I'm not sure if the price is comparable but I will check if not another problem will arise.
