I purchased the hearing aid, but soon realized that it was something I was not ready for just yet. I asked for a refund and instructions for the return. Maria Klhea helped me through this process and the outcome was very helpful to me. She stayed in touch with me until it was complete. She made me feel like I was her only customer. Your customer service representative, GEE is amazing! He answered every question I had, and helped me complete my order. He told me which items were very good for me, like the Lifetime Membership and he told me which items I really don't need, like the double set of hearing aids! It's not often that I meet a salesman who does not try to get me to buy everything on the menu, even if I don't need it! GEE really had MY best interests at heart, not the company's profit! That is a rare salesman!!! I wish GEE could help me make every purchase, even with other companies! I can't say enough good things about GEE! Please show your appreciation for this employee by giving him lots of praise and a great BIG raise and whatever promotions you can give him!
