The product has very good sound, however it will not fit in my ears well enough to be comfortable and confident they will stay in. I have been trying to get the information to return them for almost 2 weeks now! Right now I have been on hold for over an hour! I want to return these and get my refund as promised! Looks like I will have to get my credit card company involved!! Update: I received an email from Nebroo yesterday! They apologized for taking so long to get back to me and are sending me an over the ear pair of their product to try! I hope these will work for me as the sound quality of the original ones was very good! This morning a very nice representative called and is issuing me a full refund also! Although it took a while this company seems to honor their warranty! I look forward to hearing better very soon! Thank you Charlotte and Marianne for working with me!!

I am 80 years old and these are the most comfortable hearing aisd I have ever worn. They stay in place all day and the battery lasts longer than expected. Customer service sent me the correct size ear at no cost when the original ones weren't quite right.

This a follow up to my earlier review. Since then Nebroo representatives have contacted me and resolved my outstanding issues. In fact I now have a direct phone number to today’s representative. Nebroo was very positive regarding my suggestion that they establish some type of answers/ responding program. While no one like talking to a machine no likes extended hold times. I am very satisfied with their quick attention to my concerns and satisfied with our resolution. I have to say they were very honest and upfront about their startup issues and I am confident they will work out the bugs. They treated me with courtesy and empathy working out our resolution.

I use hearing aids at my card games and my friends have noticed that I no longer miss what is being said. We laugh about it now. I used to nod along pretending I heard. Those days are over thanks to Nebroo. Wonderful product.

The product simply had too big a hurdle to overcome - my bad hearing issues! The good news was the efforts of Nebroo employees in trying to find solutions which would help me. I appreciate their efforts.

I previously wrote a negative review because I needed to return the hearing aids and couldn’t get assistance. Just had a call from Travis, the Customer Experience supervisor. He very graciously refunded my payment. I offered to return the hearing aids but he didn’t want me to have to pay shipping charges. I have to respect a company that makes good on their promise.

I purchased a Nebroo blue tooth hearing aid it cost me $99 plus the improved one for an additional $299 totaling $398. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing. The sound quality is poor and inconsistent. It gets loud and soft randomly. Don’t try calling them unless you want to waste your time listening to piano music. I am sure they are going to answer this review with their usual apology. I just want to return it and get my money back. Update: After I wrote thus review I received a phone call from Marianne the Nebroo representatuve. She was very nice and told me to donate the hearing aids to charity and said I would be getting a full refund on my credit card in a few days. This satisfies the problem. You wont hear from me again unless I dont get the refund. Case closed!

The company tries very hard to accommodate customers requests..Andy and Marianne worked with me to upgrade my Nebroo to a Blue Tooth controlled system. If you’re having issues call and ask. You’ll be surprised. I was. Len G.
