Dealing with nebroo is a nightmare. I was multiple billed with no way to timely contact them so I had to have ny bank stop payment . I became so disgusted with nebroo that I am returning their shipment despite my immediate cancellation and more than a month of whack-a-mole and constant delay of any form of customer support. Return is another nightmare process. Nebroo mandates that returns be mailed to Canada at substantial cost and inconvenience to customers. This foreign country return mandate is not discosed in any of their advertising and is in deliberate derogation of US laws governing non-disclosure by omission of significant facts in advertising.

Nebroo has a poor return policy and customer service. Do not purchase from this company. I have called 8 times in the last two weeks and was on hold two hours each time. Some of the calls they just hang up. Reaching out after purchasing to return them is a nightmare. I have sent 15 emails with no response. I am 69 years old and spend over $750 on these hearing aids. I took them to my ENT and the provider said they are garbage and won't fix my hearing loss as he diagnosed me with sensorneuro hearing loss. They refunded the money back and I also was advised that I should keep them. I donated them to the church charity as I they wouldn't work for me anyway. Thank you Nebroo.

Update comments… I would like to update this review of Nebroo. This matter has been completely resolved. Options were presented to me by customer service. I chose a full refund and was surprised with the quick results. There are two things to mention. Firstly, there was nothing wrong with the product. It just didn’t work for me. Secondly, I do think that a much better communication system is needed. If a phone number is supplied, someone should answer. Otherwise state that communication is by email only. I think that was the most frustrating part about this experience. I do thank this company for giving me the opportunity to try their product. This has been a nightmare! I purchased the best Bluetooth model. All together the cost was over $500. Each time I upgraded the hearing aids the price increased. I also purchased the cleaning kit. I hoped for great results. Was excited when my package arrived. I tried them each day for a week. Due to a facial neuralgia, I could not wear them for longer than 20 minutes at a time. I was extremely disappointed that these won’t work for me. So I tried to contact the company to return the hearing aids. I tried several times sitting on hold for one hour and 2 minutes before I was asked to leave a message and then they hung up! So I sent an email. My reply came that they will look into it. 😁 After not hearing from Nebroo for 1 week, 2 weeks, I was asked not to contact them unless I have something more to add to the case. I have waited on the phone again 3 times. Each time they hang up after one hour and 2 minutes. They no longer answer my emails. My only next option is to contact the BBB. I’m not sure but starting to think this is a scam and I fell for it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

After I got my hearing aids and did everything they said try them out slowly like they said they were too big for my ears. I contacted them and told them I just couldn’t keep them in my ears. The gal told me that she would send me the behind ear and replacement which I have not received now no one answers my phone calls when I send emails. I got one reply, saying someone will get in touch with me that hasn’t happened either I just want my money back. I want a refund and nobody is answering my calls. I’ve been on hold an hour at a time and then it hangs up on me. No one calls me back when I leave a message so I’m going to give the worst review. I can give because I’m out money and no hearing aids and no one even cares from that company I am so disappointed. I’m a senior citizen. I can’t afford to just toss my money out the window and shame on them.

Within a few weeks one of the devices stopped working. Then about a week later the second quit. If you email them they ask for a call back time. I never got a call back. Now I have been forced to purchase from a second company. Recently I called again. Firstly, you are answered by an ai agent. Then if you select the option for returns, they keep sending you back to the same menue, over and over. Now I'm on hold for 30 minutes calling as though I am a potential customer. Their customer service is terrible. I wish I had found the site before I ordered. I would have saved $200! Customer order #271939. Do not buy from this scam company!!

This company/product is a scam. Buyer beware. their customer service is non existent and impossible to reach. I tried from the beginning to 1) cancel my order...order sent. Once sent I tried to send it back. Calls not returned. Emails not returned or ignored. If I had the time I'd try a class action lawsuit against them. I'm sure others have had this experience.

We couldn't get the hearing aid to stop ringing and my dad doesnt want it. My parents were using the return policy to convince me to buy this for them - if it wasnt good and my dad wouldnt wear it then it will be easy to return. They cant afford to spend the money on this and then have it just sitting in the drawer in the box. IT DIDNT WORK AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN IT FOR A MONTH. No one ever picks up the return phone line. Is anyone even there? So now I am trying to get a response from email.

9/5/26 Update - After several back and forth conversations, Nebroo finally agreed to refund me they entire amount I paid for the Nebroo Infinity Bluetooth (iwth Pro Bluetooth Upgrade). 9/1/26 Update - now the company is only willing to give me a partial refund not the entire amount I paid for the product. Do not buy from this company. I purchased the in ear hearing aids with the upgraded blutooth function. The hearing aid was too big for my ear canal and all I got was feedback from the hearing aids. They could not be adjusted to my needs. I reached out to customer service. First, I called three time and was on the line for well over an hour each time. Two of those times my call was disconnected and one I was forced to leave a message. I have a strand of emails that date back to June promising to send me the behind the ear hearing aids to try and still have not received anything. They promise a no questions asked return policy, but that is not the case. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
