Probably the most reasonable company I've ever had the pleasure of reaching out to about a problem. Impeccable customer service. Have bought from them multiple times throughout several years and never been disappointed. Great prints and great service.

The folks at NeatoShop helped me out after a porch pirate took my original order, after explaining the situation they sent my order out again at no charge when most online stores would have tried to get you to pay the same price or a variant of the original price again. These folks have found a longtime customer after going above and beyond to help me

I've bought t-shirts for NeatoShop for many years now, and they are what I wear on most days. Their ringspun t-shirts are durable, and their prints don't wear out. Definitely worth every penny! As a big, big plus, I recently ordered a few more t-shirts, and after I pressed "confirm", I realized that I had made mistakes in the type of t-shirts for a couple of them. I sent them an email right away letting them know of my mistake. They promptly replied and managed to fix the issue without any fuss!

I had ordered two different t-shirts for my children for Christmas from the NeatoShop.Unfortunately, I was wrong on both sizes! Eric responded quickly when I emailed about this mistake. Not only did he replace both shirts for free, but he also encouraged me to keep the other shirts or donate them!! This company is amazing and took good care of me as a customer.

Both the T-shirt quality and the general customer service are absolutely excellent and outstanding. I wish more stores were like this.

i Ordered a T-Shirt from this site, the product is about the quality i expected for the price, sadly it have been a shipping nightmare, first it took them over 1 month to get to Denmark, but then Customs (Told) said that I had to pay a fee to get it, since apparently that wasn't in the almost 16$ shipping and handling fee, meaning i ended up spending close to 500 DKK just to get it, the only reason they getting 2 stars is because the product is at least not worse quality than i expected

These guys are the best!! I have purchased a bunch of shirts from them and I wear them every day. Not only do they have a great selection, but the printing is high quality. The colors look great after years of wear, and they carry more sizes and styles of blank shirts than any other site I’ve seen. Shipping times are pretty reasonable for custom printed shirts and the prices are in line or better than most other stores. I don’t buy graphic shirts from anywhere else.

My sister and I both bought the same t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas and she opened the present from my sister first, so... I emailed a request for return/exchange instructions. I promptly received instructions on how to handle the situation (donate the extra shirt if I felt so inclined and let NeatoShop know which shirt we'd like instead) and, again, received a prompt response. I liked the opportunity to donate such a cool shirt, and the quick, pleasant interaction with the NeatoShop representative couldn't have gone any better. Customer service is a waning art, so I was happily surprised by the way my request was handled. I recommend.
