I ordered specifically because of the method Neato uses - DTG. FAQ says that you won't feel the print as it's bled directly into the fabric. This isn't the case. You can absolutely feel the print on top of the material - it feels very rubbery. The quality of the shirt and print is good, but this is not what I was looking for nor as advertised. Also, the shirt took 17 days to be delivered.

My shirt arrived and was extremely good quality, however it had 2 little puncture holes going through the shirt. I contacted Neatoshop and they responded extremely quick! They were so nice and were more than willing to help replace the error shirt. The product was otherwise great and I can’t wait for the replacement to wear around all the time! And their customer service was great! Very nice and very prompt. I will definitely order from them again knowing if I ever have any problems their customer service is phenomenal! Thanks!

It's really hard to find great tshirts with good, quality designs that aren't tiny images but NeatoShop does such an incredible job and makes great shirts at great prices and their customer service is top notch. Definitely a repeat customer.

I’ve ordered random shirts in the past, but this time I asked about a custom order for custom art…and the entire process was a breeze! Alex handled my case and was super responsive. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how little work I had to put in for such amazing products (oh my gosh - the colors are so vibrant!!).
