Great customer service even with a bad situation. Delivery by USPS did not go well. Package was misdelivered and likely stolen from there. Rather than any hassle, Neato offered to reprint the shirts for me for free, redelivered via UPS so there was no issue this time, and the shirts are fantastic. I'm a repeat customer, with time between orders, but i'll gladly order again.

Where do I even begin. I bought the wrong sized shirt and Alex not only let me keep it but also tossed the right sized one in the next order. Who does that?! NeatoShop does! And Im thankful for that!

Best service ever I had an issue with the local shipping company (BPost in Belgium) charging outrageous fees to manage import taxes and the t shirt was returned to sender. It never arrived and, while I said I was ok with just the T shirt being refunded, I got a full refund. Excellent service no doubt, thanks Alex. L.

I recently ordered a printed shirt, and when it came, the shirt colour was lighter than anticipated and the text on it was barely visible (white text on a silver/light grey shirt). This was partly my fault — as much as the design appeared visible from the picture online and looked how I wanted it to, I did wonder if this would potentially be a problem in person and in different lighting. Upon bringing up the issue to NeatoShop though, their customer service team handled it very well! They told me that I was welcome to keep the shirt I had, and they were also going to ship me a new one in a darker colour at no extra charge so that the print is more legible. Thanks NeatoShop!!

A great t-shirt shop to build your nerd shirt collection! I found NeatoShop while looking for some shirts to represent some of my more esoteric interests and found some designs that I absolutely loved on their website. I was so excited about the shirts I found that I accidently ordered one of the shirts twice without double checking the final checkout page. I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue and Alex replied and offered a couple solutions to resolve my duplicate and was so easy to work with. My original order was received about 10-days after the order and I was ecstatic with the quality, the prints were very solid and flawless and I excited rocked my first Earthbound (my favorite SNES game) shirt for my offices casual day, of course no one knew what it was but that didn't matter, I was proud to represent haha.
