I had an excellent experience with Neato. I had ordered some shirts in the wrong size (my fault) and they replaced them with the correct size at no additional cost! Also, love their selection. You'll find something that reflects your taste, guaranteed.

I would highly recommend this shop..the costumerservice is great! Nice people, fast reaction and problemsolving. I wish more shops treat their costumers like this. The Tees are good quality and many variety in prints. The only critic point that I have is they don't have much bagoptions..but overall I am satisfied!!!

Amazing customer service!!! I got caught up on their huge selection of shirts and I accidentally placed the order without adjusting the size...duh! Alex was so kind and helpful. He was totally understanding and replaced the order no problem! The quality of shirt and design were all top notch!!! I will be ordering more for sure!!!

Ordered from this company three times now and have been happy with the print quality of their shirts as well as their selection of artists. When I had an issue with a type of shirt I last ordered, customer service promptly resolved the problem and shipped out replacements. I recommend their ring spun shirts for the softer feel, and you should expect longer shipping times because of COVID.

NeatoShop stands out to me because their shirts are really high quality. The color of their prints really "pops" and it seems like it will survive many years of wear and tear. Also, NeatoShop's customer service is outstanding. I misordered and they went out of their way to help me. It's a great little organization!

Received my holiday order and one of the shirts was incorrect (could see why this occurred as the title of the shirt was very similar to the correct shirt). I contacted NeatoShop support (easy to find) even weeks after I received my order and explained in detail what happened and their awesome support agent Alex was quick to respond and super helpful to rectify the issue. Apologized for the mixup, offered to send the correct shirt (which they were able to identify from my order #) free of charge and checked for the correct address, and advised no further action was needed on my part other than to keep the original shirt, give it to a friend or donate to charity! This is amazing customer service and communication which says a lot for an indie small business and I am %100 beyond satisfied and extremely happy to continue supporting them in the future!

After ordering a Christmas gift from neato, the shipping seemed to have disappeared. Everyone over at the shop did whatever they could to make sure I had that order by the holidays. And I did. Regardless of the amazing quality of their items, it’s the customer service that will keep me coming back. So beyond satisfied.
