I have to share my experience with NeatoShop. First off, the t shirts are excellent quality both the shirts themselves and the prints. These prints will last a very long time. Secondly, my customer service experience with them was excellent. I had trouble with the fit of the shirts as I often fit between sizes and I'm not sure what to order. I reached out to NeatoShop with my issue and I got a reply right away from Alex. He understood my problem and gave me a few options to solve it. I got a larger size sent out right away and they even covered the shipping! Based on the quality of material and the excellent customer service I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

My experience with customer service was great. The shirts were great quality. This is my third time using this company, and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes graphic T's.

This is one of the few T-Shirt sites that service larger individuals. With that said the sizes on larger shirts are a bit smaller than one would get in a big and tall store. So I miss ordered my size. The team was wonderful and not only returned my email almost immediately, but they willingly reprinted both of my shirts, and shipped them to me to make sure that I could wear them. I will be purchasing all of my graphic shirts from this site from here on out. The customer service is 10 out of 10. The shirts are very high quality (heavy weight fabric) not the flimsy shirts from Amazon, or King Size and DXL. Also the sheer volume of choices ranging spanning every facet of my life is just a treat. Thanks NeatOShop Now I have access to cool shirts for a big guy.

Excellent quality prints on exceptional quality t-shirts. Amazing designs with so many choices from talented artists. Customer service is also excellent. On my latest purchase I had selected the wrong size, I sent an email and got a quick reply from Alex saying that they will ship me a replacement. Awesome service. I highly recommend NeatoShop and will definitely be buying more from them.

I LOVE GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS. I don't always love graphic t-shirt websites. I love this one. The shirts are thick with a bit of weight. The choices of colors and innumerable amount of art is AWESOME and, The customer service Franny, the customer service, 2nd to none. I got the wrong size, emailed them and they gave me the right size. This Place Is Awesome! IT'S SO FLUFFY

Shirt were sized differently than expected and my entire order was reprinted for free at a better size. Even let me keep the shirts that were too small. Alex did a great job working through the issue with me and getting me an awesome product.

I originally ordered a hoodie as a gift, paying the extra fee for wrapping. When I received it, there was no wrapping or note attached. I reached out to NeatoShop Support and Alex was extremely helpful. He quickly responded, refunded the gift wrap fee, credited NeatoBucks to my account, and offered a free custom printed t-shirt of my choice. The shirt I chose arrived about a week later and while the gift wrap snafu couldn't be corrected, I was impressed with how much they did in order to "right the wrong". Thanks, NeatoShop!
