The quality of the print and the shirts themselves are really really great, much better than the big "print on demand" shops. I wasn't completely happy with one of the tops (it seemed like a printing issue) and I talked to the owner Alex about it, turns out the print was designed to look more distressed. So even though it was more of a misunderstanding, rather than a quality issue, he still offered to send me another top with a different design of my choice. I'll be definitely ordering more shirts from here in the future. Plus if you buy from them you're supporting a family business.

Seriously there’s no other place to buy from... beet customer service and best product. Love the speed and ease of doing business and if somethings not right, Alex has always done everything to make it right. I’ve spent over $500 in the last 3 years and still have every shirt and still in great condition with frequent use/washing. Luis S.

Great Service! I received my order within a few days as expected. When I tried them on, one of the seams in one shirt ripped, so I emailed them pictures and asked for a replacement or refund. The NeatoShop answered quickly and they are sending me a new shirt. I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a t-shirt from this shop in May as a friend’s birthday gift. It arrived in perfect condition, good quality and great design. Because there were some problems regarding the delivery time (my country’s fault), I had to be in touch with Alex, the owner, on a regular basis. I have never met him in person, but he’s truly one of the most honest, comprehensive and thoughtful businessman and person I’ve known. If you’re looking to buy something unique, good quality and with an amazing costumer service, this is the shop to look at. Perfect quality shirts, and excellent service: my package got misplaced by Dutch mail, and Neatoshop replaced the order at no cost (and even threw in a bonus shirt!). I've never encountered service like this in my life! Shirts stay nice even after many washings too!
