My wife loves this thing. She's already used it a half dozen times to help with her jewelry crafting projects and loves that it fits snugly on her face without pinching or sliding.

the product .. our vision aid is great .. my wife will use it for some of her detailed illustrations and I am using it for figures and parts of model cars .. both of us do fine detailed work ...

Great pre-sales and after-sales customer care. I'm really satisfied with the product and will be returning to Neatcand Handy for other good product. Bravo!

As soon as I reported damage. John contacted me and had a replacement order headed my way. I also ordered two handheld magnification units and they arrived promptly and undamaged. The replacement unit arrived today and all is well. Thank you again, John. You deserve many stars. Good customer service is greatly appreciated.
