To pull this airbrush apart for cleaning and reassemble is very difficult. I followed the You -tube video but not enough clear instructions. Very disappointed with this airbrush.

Airbrush broke when disassembled (spring fell off and impossible to reassemble. (it needs to be disassembled to clean it properly). Contacted them and they blamed me for breaking it and wanted me to pay for a replacement part! If they had replaced the broken part ($18) I'd have been satisfied, but they wouldn't. Return postage isn't worth sending it back. It didn't work that well in the first place, wish I'd saved my money. Worst customer service I've received for a long time. Now they are saying I didn't buy it from them. Well I uploaded my proof of purchase to Trustpilot. This review wouldn't be here if I hadn't. Make your own mind up folks, but I wouldn't buy from them again.

They have mistakes on the map. I am not finding Palestine but they have the Zionist state instead.

Absolute shambles and bullies , received broken glasses , contacted them no reply so opened case with PayPal , then they contacted me and tried to force me to close case before they did anything , case is still open but they expect me to pay high postage charges to send broken item back !!! I should not have to pay shipping to return faulty items … BULLIES

Airbrush was fine but after one clean the O rings failed. I was going to have to pay around $30 for two new O rings, half of which was shipping for items that could easily fit in an envelope. Tried to open a dispute, just been ignored.

Nice product, and the original order came in a timely manner, but it was not complete. On Feb 28, 2022 I contacted them about a missing part of my order, they supposedly sent a replacement on March 1, 2022, but it seems lost in the mail. I have tried and tried to contact them about this and sometimes I get the response" we will check into it" most times I get no response. I understand that they do not have any control over the mail, but should at least address the issue with me. I would like either another part shipped to me, or refunded the cost of the item I did not receive. UPDATE: On 3/23 after still not hearing back from the company I get a shipping notice about the missing parts, fingers crossed I actually receive them this time.

I'm giving this company 1 star because it's not possible to give zero stars. They are a scam company that take your money but never send the goods you ordered. The tracking number they provide is fake, they don't respond to emails. Total and utter scam. Don't buy from them! Facebook need to better monitor who advertises on their platform!

The airbrish broke on first use. When I contacted customer support their advice was to buy another one. I said I was not happy and would review accordingly. Their response: "Leaving a negative unfair review is not going to solve your issue and it will not affect our business as we have many customers with hundreds of positive reviews who love the airbrush. Your review will just look funny compared to many other good reviews. " I will not be buying from this company again. The company don't even believe I bought an item from them and have branded this a fake review The order number is #41403 it was placed on Friday 5th November. Please check your records. And now TrustPilot content integrity have said: “ The reply in question to your review which you've shared with us is not considered defamatory and is not breaching guidelines. If a company considers a review to be fake they can flag it for further investigation with our content moderator team To ensure the integrity of reviews on Trustpilot, we balance the rights of users to express their honest opinions and experiences against our legal obligations to remove certain content.” It looks to me like NeatAndHandy are playing the system. They state publicly that the review is fake but don’t report it to TrustPilot as such. This means their response to the review stays up so undermining its integrity. Nice loophole TrustPilot! Update 28 Dec. After calling out TrustPilot on Twitter they reached out to me. I then provided proof of purchase to them a second time. NeatandHandy have now taken down their defamatory comment and have posted a new one saying they have shipped me a replacement product. Update 30 Dec. This is just weird now. After posting the above update NeatandHandy have now posted a NEW comment stating "It looks like you have never purchased anything on our website and are trying to leave a fake review."
