Ordered 26th March and still waiting…
Ordered 26th March and still waiting for delivery no answer to E-mail or Phone calls, Awful Customer Service, I will certainly not be dealing with "Neat and Handy" ever again! Can't wait until the 26th April so my Credit Card Company can issue them a Charge Back. Avoid!

Fully charged battery only lasts under 10 minutes
I’m having an issue with the Mini Airbrush With Compact Compressor - Hobbyist Edition with the built-in battery. I bought it 20 months ago. It worked fine for three models. I’ve never used it to the point where it runs out of power, during a single session. Likely about 5-10 hours in total for those 3 model cars. I’m now on a fourth model. The charge now only lasts about 5-8 minutes, so I can barely part 2-3 small parts. It's now necessary to connect the USB cable to keep it going. I've emailed customer support to ask about this short charge time as to whether this ‘normal’ life expectancy of this product. I've received no response. I'm quite disappointed

Deplorable Customer Service
Ordered some items. They sent twice as much as I ordered. In an effort to return the excess items and get a refund they would not answer emails OR phone calls. I have made repeated efforts to contract them, all efforts have gone unanswered. Their customer service is deplorable. DO NOT deal with these idiots.

Ordered the airbrush with priority…
Ordered the airbrush with priority shipping and first in line service. It's been a week and I have heard nothing. Emails go unanswered so I came here to write my experience. Will update when I hear from them, if I do... 5 feb: Surprisingly the order status updated to shipped. No tracking number, nothing. Pretty crazy you have to make a fuzz to get stuff moving. However, no DHL tracking number yet, (35€ on a 100€ order) so no clue why my order is. 8 feb I had a brief chat via messenger, but they disappeared again. No tracking number and no product with fast delivery. Right now, I recommend to stay away from this company and buy a Harder & Steenbeleck airbrush instead. 14.feb I heard nothing, no product, no details, no contact.

POOR
I want to return a product but several emails on this subject have gone unanswered. They claim to have a warehouse in the UK so that is the most cost effective location for me to which return it.I doubt their good ratings are from real customers.

Company refused to help when an order was not received …
Company refused to help when a order was delivered to wrong address. Stated I had wrong address although they admitted and showed pictures of it being delivered to WRONG address. If anything item should have been returned to sender since there was no such address not just dump on closest lawn. Very upset that they feel since it was delivered they have satisfied thier obligations. Horrible service!!! When an address on package is not actually an address in existence it should be returned to sender NOT dumped on whatever lawn on that street and Not even at door.... Horrible Horrible company!!! Cannot review actual product since I never received it. Just review my experience with company.

Drop shipping?
The company claims to be shipping from a warehouse in Victoria but the tracking information is clearly from china so I guess this is doing drop shipping but also really deliberately lying about it? Product might still be fine but that’s a pretty big red flag

Aggressive marketing
Aggressive marketing. They keep harassing me through email and text messages to make a purchase. It's better to go and buy from Amazon than this company.
