Aloha is a great product, but the NCR Aloha team I work with is what has made this solution a success. Jeff Grupe stepped in as our PM last year and significantly improved our POS operations. We look forward to continuing to get better.

The system performs relatively fine, but the CFC plataform it is not user welcoming. Everything we have to perform it is necessary NCR assistancy trough budgets of project team, once technical support, which by the way is paid, it is never abble to help with CFC. There are no mannuals, the trainnings which we hired never goes through all system menus, and ever we need something new, it is about some part of the menu we never went before. It`s appear to us that the NCR survives by out inahibility to perform the system, which is a very poorly businees decision. And... the system is not SAS.

Em relação ao atendimento, comprometimento e relacionamento entre as pessoas da NCR estou totalmente satisfeito. Todos sempre muito solícito e sempre nos dando maior atenção a todos os assuntos. Entretanto, infelizmente, sou extremamente infeliz com as evoluções e tempo de entrega da NCR. Comecei a trabalhar com Aloha em Julho/2020. Desde então, apenas uma melhoria foi conquistada no sistema, a integração com nosso programa de fidelidade. Nada mais foi evoluído como ferramenta e não conseguimos avançar nenhum projeto que demande de novas tendências e tecnologias. Muito triste ver um grande sistema que, em minha opinião é o melhor no quesito operação atualmente, deixar tanto a desejar nas inovações e integrações a novas ferramentas atuais no mercado. Me da a impressão que estamos parados em 2013, quando ainda não precisávamos nos preocupar tanto com novas tendências e a quantidade nada significativa de concorrentes que crescem e inovam a cada segundo no mercado. Quando apenas um atendimento com excelência era o diferencial das grandes marcas. Hoje precisamos de tech! E a NCR não tem acompanhado isso, embora venda a ideia de uma empresa de tecnologia.

Aloha has the best feature on software side for restaurants. It lacks proper customer support.
