Support took several days backed with several lengthy phone calls to resolve a POS issue. In the end the original issue was resolved however it generated a second issue that never truly was 100% corrected.

Your team was willing to answer more questions presented by my co-worker after the initial contact. The open dialogue really helped him with his software issues.

I wasn't able to access two of our locations labor reports. I called twice but only because the first time I called I wasn't near my computer. The first guy was ok but the second guy was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly and with minimal interruption to my work day. For the most part I've had good interactions with Aloha. The only criticism I have would be to say that in the past when I worked on site. I have encountered a few techs that weren't the best with customer service. Felt like I was interrupting their game. But never outright rude and understandable if they work from home.

We bought Aloha almost 3 years ago. The actual software is decent, as long as you don't expect too much. However, the customer service we have experienced from NCR is REALLY horrific. How about waiting 2 weeks for a keyboard replacement and missing payroll? Yes, a keyboard. I could have just gone and bought one, but it's their system so I'm not allowed. Then there is the server that goes down and 6 days later still no replacement. We cannot batch credit cards, so our money has been tied up. We still have no idea when it will arrive, despite assurances that it's "on the way". We are DONE with NCR and say Aloha to Aloha. My advice is to avoid NCR and Aloha and get something that is actually up to date. We will be replacing our system shortly.

NCR made some good adjustments to the core team that supports Sodexo day to day activities; however, there continues to be a lack of awareness nor competency to address the scalability concerns to support our planned deployments.
