The Customer Support agents are always professional, courteous, and communicate well. But the red tape within the company to get tickets escalated or resolved in a timely manner is terrible. Different teams to do not talk to each other beyond updating the same ticket that always seems to have a status of "Being worked on" but not concrete updates for customers. We are looking to switch POS systems to something less limited and more user-friendly.

I just love how the team is very knowledgeable with the process and they resolve the problem really quick!

Mario was very helpful in directing me, step by step, on how to resolve my issue with our POS system. He was very understanding and patient and ensured everything on my end was good to go before letting me hang uop the phone. I very much appreciate that as he couldve just asked if that was it and left it at that, but he was willing to wait on the phone to make sure he didnt encounter any issues on our end.
