The agent was helpful and fortunately I was able to get the same agent to assist on the 3rd call I made to resolve the issue. He assisted on the first call and we resolved that the cable was not compatible. Then on the 3rd call we did some quick trouble shooting and found the new cables were working and then reset the terminal along with the new cables and the drawer was functioning.
