Furthermore he reveals tools that enable me to be more effective and less reactive. He shares a wealth of powerful knowledge that can truly change the trajectory of a persons life.

I would absolutely recommend NCI. Chase has , dare I say , obsessively , devised a system where years of knowledge has been simplified into strategic frameworks that are accessible to those that use them . This not only helps understands others better but can also be used for self reflection and help identify areas where you can improve . I’m a Psychiatrist and find the models Chase teaches so useful in my day to day practice with both patients and colleagues as well as my own life. I find myself looking forward to Friday night live and playing his podcasts on long car journeys . For instance , the simple yet genius concept of being your own butler has been transformative in my opinion. It helps people who so often give out to others feel comfortable about prioritising self care because it makes you feel you’re doing it for someone else ( your future self!) which comes naturally to you. Being the ‘ slowest person in the room’ and being aware of the pendulum between collapse , composure and posturing to name but three . Brilliant I’m so glad he and his team have found a way of sharing this knowledge. 😊

This is unlike a lot of behavioral courses. It cuts through a lot of the fluff other courses have. Plus, he gives away little bits of wisdom every Friday. Not only is it free, it’s not a sales pitch.

There is nothing quite like NCI. I am a big fan of Chase Hughes. I feel grateful for the opportunity to learn from him. He’s got an impressive resume, is a family man (which I love), and operates from integrity and heart. My very favorite thing about him is that he knows how to pick great people.So his staff is talented in ways which complement what he already provides. And my favorite thing he’s ever ever said or done, is in a video in my training, because when you sign up for NCI it’s to be used for good and not for bad, he admits he cares.So he’s quoted as saying, “I profiled the **** outta you guys.” Meaning he’s very thorough he’s very knowledgeable and he’s not lazy and he doesn’t ignore a single detail.
