The NCI-1 course is an incredibly in-depth journey into understanding human behavior. It’s not just about learning to read others—it’s like getting a clear map of what drives people, from the Success Triangle to the Emotional Needs Map. The insights on Needs, Decisions, and Values gave me a new lens to see why people act the way they do, making behaviors that once seemed confusing feel crystal clear.
On top of that, the course helped me gain confidence in myself and communicate more effectively. If you’re considering NCI-1, don’t hesitate—the tools like the Emotional Needs Map are worth it alone. I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to understand people better.

NCI.university is selling training programmes in self development and "behaviourism". Their courses are just a mish-mash of psychological and NLP teachings most people can find online, or in the library, without spending a penny. The classes are all built up/around self studies where you are to buy expensive classes and books by the self acclaimed "behaviour expert" Chase Hughes. In addition you are encouraged to buy some of the ridiculously, expensive supplements no one ever heard of. Nor are there any proper references to actual scientists or scientific studies made. Only bought one class and it was of such poor quality I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it.
It's classical snakeoil sales tactics and in my opinion humbug. Save your money for something worthwhile.

While our programs do include elements from psychology and communication science, they’re built on years of field-tested methodologies used in intelligence, leadership, and human influence—not just recycled content.
Also, to clarify an important point: we do not, and have never, sold supplements of any kind. That’s simply not part of what we offer.
