Total bait-and-switch. Their Youtube channel as well as site and FAQ promise a "100% Free Masterclass" with "actionable tools," but it’s a lie.
After giving my email, I was just hit with a 15-minute sales pitch for a $252 course. No tools, no masterclass!
I emailed support and asked on YouTube - they ignored my email and deleted my question.
For an "expert" in human behaviour, the lack of integrity and use of dark marketing patterns is shocking. Avoid giving them your data.
P.S
I have reported this to both the FTC and YouTube to ensure that there is a paper trail of their deceptive marketing, which is the only way these types of funnels eventually get shut down or forced to be honest.

NCI policy
I was a paid student of Chase Hughes’ NCI-1 course. Because my English listening skills are limited, I used transcripts of the lectures for my own study.
In the private student group, another student asked how to get transcripts, and I shared the method I personally use (I did not share any course content or transcripts themselves).
After that, an admin removed my access to the course, saying I violated NCI policy, but no specific rule or explanation was given, and I haven’t received a reply after asking for clarification.
My question is: Is explaining how to obtain transcripts for personal study typically considered a policy violation in paid online courses, even when no content is shared?
I’m asking to understand whether this is a standard practice or specific to NCI.

Barely any content, stick with YouTube
I spent $252 for a course that's roughly an hour and twenty minutes long. It's a surface level overview that might not be exactly available in form on YouTube, but is definitely available in substance. Was expecting a lot more from an offer that claimed I was getting $1400 of content for a special price of $252. It isn't worth the $252.
For how good the YouTube videos are, the actual paid university feels like a scam. It seems like the type of thing where you buy a course that doesn't deliver value. Then they ask you to pay even more promising that the next bigger payment is going to give you the education you really want. Reminds me of stories I've heard from people who got into Scientology and spent all their savings on courses.

I’ve been trying to schedule the free…
I’ve been trying to schedule the free zoom and have been stood up 2x at this point. No one from NCI showed up. Very disappointing.

Content was very short and i expected…
Content was very short and i expected much more from it. I am very disappointed. If there is more practical exercise to really learn how to observe and identify needs. patterns and values, it would be much better. I passed exam but even though i am not really sure about some answers. For the price i was expecting much more. If it was 20$ training i am ok with it, but for almost 200$? I really like Chase content a lot, and i have impression that you can learn more on his youtube channel for free.

Köp inte! / Don't buy!
NCI.university is selling training programmes in self development and "behaviourism". Their courses are just a mish-mash of psychological and NLP teachings most people can find online, or in the library, without spending a penny. The classes are all built up/around self studies where you are to buy expensive classes and books by the self acclaimed "behaviour expert" Chase Hughes. In addition you are encouraged to buy some of the ridiculously, expensive supplements no one ever heard of. Nor are there any proper references to actual scientists or scientific studies made. Only bought one class and it was of such poor quality I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it.
It's classical snakeoil sales tactics and in my opinion humbug. Save your money for something worthwhile.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations—your opinion matters, and we take all feedback seriously.
At NCI University, we’re committed to delivering practical, science-backed training rooted in real-world behavioral science. While our programs do include elements from psychology and communication science, they’re built on years of field-tested methodologies used in intelligence, leadership, and human influence—not just recycled content.
Also, to clarify an important point: we do not, and have never, sold supplements of any kind. That’s simply not part of what we offer.
That said, if you feel the training you received fell short, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please reach out directly to [email protected]—we’d love to understand more about your experience and see how we can help.
Thank you again for your honesty. We’re always working to improve and truly appreciate the opportunity to do so.
Warm regards,
The NCI.University Team
