We have been using NAVAN company-wide on 3 continents since October 2023. Previously, everything in our company was booked manually via airlines or online by our assistant. Now, thanks to the implementation, we save a lot of time on bookings, business trip requests are automatically included before each trip via a workflow and can no longer be forgotten. In addition, all costs are immediately transparent and we can now better manage and adjust our travel budgets. The bookings are really easy and can be made by the travelers themselves. It takes a little practice at the beginning, but you really get to grips with NAVAN very quickly. NAVAN itself offers a great service and has a solution for every question. The only point deduction is that some flight connections that can be found on Google Flights are not in NAVAN. I would also like to emphasize the fast customer service, which has really always been able to help - and has also found and booked flights that it did not show me. I hope for an improvement here and look forward to further cooperation in the future.

Navan is a game-changer for business travel! It's easy to use and I love managing everything in one place. Finding the best flights and hotels is a breeze, and their customer support is top-notch. One suggestion: It would be great to have a feature to rate hotels and leave notes for colleagues about things like room conditions, amenities, and local tips. Despite this, I highly recommend Navan to any frequent traveler!

Highly intuitive, many discounts extensive air and hotel inventory

I have been a frequent business traveler since 1998. Of all of the expense report forms and online programs, Navan has been by far the easiest to use. It's fast and intuitive. As far as using it as a business travel agency, it's reasonable. There are a few things they could do better. For instance, sometimes not all available flights seem to show up, even though they are available on the airline website at the same prices as the Navan offerings. And, if you need to change a refundable ticket, the only option you have is to change it to a non-refundable flight -- to keep it refundable, you need to make the change directly on the airline site. Other than that, the booking side of Navan still works well.
