Generally very good. Lots of flexibility with regard to approvals and works well operationally. Only frustrations relate to how difficult it is to change a flight booking - this normally involves 45 minutes spent chatting online with a support assistant and frustratingly the same difficulties repeat every time. If this could be fixed it would be a 5 star review.

All good but please add the option to increase the connection time when traveling by train with several trains included: to be able to select the trains with longer intervals. Default options usually include very short connections that aren’t sufficient, especially for Deutsche Bahn.

Auto-approvals for expense reimbursements has allowed us to save time and energy for a large number of submissions. Reporting is granular and enables us to fully understand how, when and where we are spending money around the world and travel and expenses. Unfortunately, VAT recoveries has been a real challenge.

Navan is a travel platform with a satisfactory inventory of flights. It is easy to book a flight. Changing round trip flights can be quite cumbersome and you may not see the changes on your profile for a few days. I changed a flight on December 1st and still have not seen the changes on my profile or received an invoice. My flight is next week so I am anxious to confirm. Finance assists in providing invoicing all the time. Overall, the platform, the customer service and finance are good, but processing times and changes could be improved.
