OMG we are doing a trial with this company and its awful! Customer support is at a zero! it takes well over 25 mins to get a live agent on chat or via phone. I am encouraging my company to not work with them

Bad for travel, worst for expense
My company uses Navan for Travel and Expenses. The vote for travel is 2, vote for expenses is 0. They are not even able to help solve their mistakes. They send you to third parties because they don't know what to do or even what information they ask for in their forms.

Warning: Avoid the Navan Nightmare!
Unfortunately, my company use Navan for expenses and business trips.
I dread having to use it as it always has errors the necessitate contacting 'customer services'.
The first time I had to use it, the trips created by my manager were broken. I had to call support. The phone was answered by some guy in the Philippines who was driving in his car. Fortunately, he pulled over to take my call.
He told me that the Navan account was deactivated. I told him it wasn't. He kept repeating that it was deactivated, like a robot. I contacted my companies Navan admin, and she told me that the account was indeed active. She was due to have a meeting with the Navan account manager, so I told her to pass on who awful the user experience is. Shortly after that, my account was reset and I had to start from scratch. My manager had to create new trips, and it then starting working again. What a nightmare! I spent hours on this stupid website.
Today, I'm trying to book another 2 trips: hotels and flights. I cannot allocate a hotel booking to a trip as the approved trip cannot be selected from the list.
I'm now on hold with support again, getting irritating jolly message "Don't fly away, we're working quickly to answer your call". What an absolute waste of time, I'm sitting here writing this review while I'm on hold.
After 20 minutes of being on hold, and another 40 trying to tell the support person that I want to book the 'Maritim' hotel, not the Marriot, I've given up.
What's the point of an online booking system that never works, and has to be done manually over the phone?
Do yourself a favour and avoid the Navan nightmare: you'll save yourself a lot of hassle.
It's very telling that Navan haven't claimed their company on Trustpilot, nor replied to any previous bad reviews. I think they just don't care.

Garbage company with garbage customer…
Garbage company with garbage customer service. My wife had emergency surgery and had to cancel and change some international flights. We contacted customer service through chat and phone and we were assured that everything would be taken care of by Navan. A few days later we find out nothing was done and we are still waiting for credits and refunds we are owned. Trying to contact customer service at this point is a waste of time and we just get thrown into a loop of canned responses and false promises. This company sucks, avoid using them at all costs. We are going to have to get the credit card company involved to fix this.
