Regarding pricing differences, Navan connects to as many providers as possible to provide competitive prices while ensuring the user experience remains consistent and meets business travelers’ expectations. Price discrepancies can sometimes happen depending on factors like what is being booked, the website it’s being compared to, or even a company’s travel policy. In those situations, our teams are always happy to investigate and help understand what could be behind the differences. Additionally, Navan invoices do appear on users’ itineraries, although they may sometimes take a bit longer to display than anticipated.
