The app itself is useless. If you’re a hotel chain loyalty member, everything has to be done on the website. The app never remembers the hotel chain loyalty numbers and it never registers them once they’ve been put in. I am tired of having to do everything on the website just so that my loyalty number is applied to my booking.

I'm forced to book with Navan in my company. The app for hotel booking is really a horrible experience when you're used to other established hotel booking apps. Most information is missing. When I booked a hotel for a private trip, the hotel never got my booking but the money was gone anyways and I had to pay a second time at the hotel. The support chat is completely useless. My advice: Only use Navan if you're fine with losing money.

Easy, simple and logical to use. Great when all goes well. Appalling customer service when things don’t go well. For the third time now, one of the multiple flights on a trip had suddenly been cancelled. No logical explanation given other than the airline didn’t accept my card, even though the same airline accepted the card a few moments earlier for a different flight. Told I will get a refund in 24 hours and a week later, still waiting. Online staff are super slow. I believe they are doing their best but are clearly overworked dealing with more than one customer at a time so responses take forever. This is a continuous issue, not a one-off. Use Expedia or Trip - way better!

Two punctual things failed. - Information clarity: Communication is NOT CLEAR you have to do many clicks to get to your transparent information. - Service is a deception. I booked a flight on the seat 7k and they put me on the seat 26k affecting my whole schedule. I didnt know my seat number until entering the plane. Not good.

Unable to be used for Qantas bookings. As I am forced to use it by my employer, it is a very frustrating and cumbersome process since I have to chat to support every time and they do it manually. Would not recommend

These guys are fraud! They will say cancellation is fully refundable while booking and then when you try to cancel - nothing will be refunded. Better to use other travel platforms that can be trusted

Horrible customer support, they make mistakes in rebooking, refunds. They promise a solution and disappear.

Their software is terrible. It randomly loses rates and only shows you their partners, doesn't calculate fees correctly so it recommends buying through third party sites for a higher rate and worse terms. The expense system had no thought put into it at all, if you make a mistake you have to get your accountant to fix it because there's no option to edit it since the auto approve is instant. It's just the worst. And their support is so slow and unable to help you either.
