Good and convenient booking
The search is efficient, and the options presented are good. Flights are well connected to the airlines, the process of buying works well and then it updates news about the flight. Renting cars is equally good.

I love how easy it is to use. I've used other apps at other companies, none were as easy as this.

As a small to medium enterprise…
As a small to medium enterprise arranging incidental accommodation on ad hoc basis can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare utilising the Navan portal and tools. It has made it really easy for us to centralise all our bookings and also be able to find information about previous or future planned requirements. You probably don't utilise some of the more advanced functionality, but everything I've tried has worked flawlessly and has kept both me and employees well informed about what is happening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Response from NavanFeb 17, 2025
Thank you for your constructive feedback, Richard. It's lovely to hear that Navan keeps you and your employees informed every step of the way and we are always here to help should you have any questions. Safe travels!
