Very bad customer services and prices they show you and they charge you are totally different. I will nver book here privatly and urge my company to review our decision

I am not sure why our company chose Navan. The booking experience is absolutely horrifying! Not to mention the inflated flight price, the platform can't even get the price straight! It shows me a much cheaper price on the departure flight and then that price doesn't exist once I click on the return flight! And my coworker and I searched at the same time, it drove up the price the website shows us. What a rip-off! I finally decided to book a different flight, I finished the booking and got the confirmation. A minute later, I got a cancellation email saying "You've canceled your flight". Great job, Navan! You don't even want to take responsibility for your own platform problem!

Misleading business practices. They were running a promotion that clearly said, "onboard" your company and receive $500. I did, I even bought a flight. Later, I found out you need to book 3 trips. This was not clearly stated anywhere. (Also, I was booking travel for a client, and there was no easy way on mobile to add other profiles...? At this point I won't log on to the desktop version). I decided to reach out to a customer rep, and just was met with rudeness. The rep Jack G. missed our first meeting for a very unprofessional reason "he was double booked". When I scheduled a new time at 8 am, he called me to tell me my calendar was messed up because of the early meeting. I used his calendly link. The next day when I finally talked to him he called me on my personal phone, which I had not authorized for this meeting. He then began to ask me questions, that I assume he uses to disqualify customers. Because after our conversation I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Super confusing to book flights. It shows up as pm and am and not in chronological order so people keep booking the wrong flights. I got in touch with customer support who left me on hold for 2 hours and said they would get back in contact after a while to solve my issue but never contacted me. I ended up missing the flight I wanted.

This company have platform to rate the views and hiring people to get job and you put money to continue the journey and if yiu get premium you got commission double and if yiu delayed to out money they blocked you and you can't withdraw your money. This is not fair ..you scam people get money and gone

The app experience hasn't been an issue for me, but when I have to book hotels, I often find that the fees are over 1/3 of the cost of the hotel alone. This is absurd, for example, I just booked a hotel and the invoice from the hotel came to a total of £180 GBP. The Navan cost was $363 USD (£285 GBP approx). This is insane. The cost is broken down as: $234 Room Rate $111.75 Taxes and Fees $18 Trip fee I'm not sure why fees is grouped together with taxes as VAT is automatically charged within the room rate, so the fees alone were $129.75 including 'Trip fee' as this is just another fee for the sake of it. If your org is cutting costs and restricting budgets, be mindful as going direct to the hotel/flight carrier/train operator is much, much cheaper than going through Navan. For general trip expenses like food/taxi's etc, it works well.

Shocking experience. All flights on average £100 more then booking without NAVAN !!!!! WAKE UP EMPLOYERS. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THIS????? SHALL WE NOT KEEP THE COST DOWN !!!!!!

Apparently the booking confirmation page is incomplete, and they charge additional fees after you make the reservation. You only find this out after you make the reservation and you check your bank account. Really not sure how this is legal
