Great customer support
Several weeks ago, I was in Dallas for work and on the day of my scheduled flight home, Dallas experienced severe thunderstorms that cancelled the majority of flights out of DFW. Navan notified me of every change in my flights, and after the last available flight out was cancelled that night, Navan support quickly responded to my inquiries about my updated flight schedule.
Response from NavanSep 22, 2026
We're glad our support team could assist you during such a challenging travel situation with the Dallas thunderstorms and flight cancellations. We appreciate you acknowledging our proactive notifications and quick responses.
