used with great results for a little over a year, Then it stopped working. Opened the battery compartment and discovered a foul mess of corrosion and black water. Cleaned it up and it worked a a couple of weeks. It now pumps water into the nose but the vacuum is not working so the device is useless. I will try the new model. Hopefully they have corrected their poor design.

Works effectively......WHEN IT WORKS! Pump simply stopped working SHORTLY AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED. Things that make you go, "Hmmmmm...." No battery indicator. No on/off switch. No way to troubleshoot the problem without wasting multiple EXPENSIVE salt pods!!!! Again...."Hmmmmm...." I think I'll go back to simply shooting Alkalol up my nose with an atomizer! At least that was dependable....

I don't use the product because i don't drink milk, or soda or smoke.. Furthermore, I use cayenne on mustard with my hamburger. When I do have mucus my finger is just fine.

When it actually worked it was great..stopped working after 6 uses. What a waste of $100.00..Back to using the Neilmed products..
