DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS
i orderd Body Lotion. Not delivered, said product not available, spoke to them, told they would exchange product for another, now emailed that order has been cancelled. No mention of credit, looks like I am contacting Consumer Affairs about them. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT FROM THEM I ORDERED IN DDCEMBER 2023 NO RESULT (END FEB.24)

Unprofessional Customer Service
Totally unprofessional customer service. Will not respond to numerous emails and the contact phone number was not connected. Package arrived ripped and battered and the heat pad looked used. The power was US even though they confirmed it would be AUS voltage. I totally urge everyone to steer clear of this company NavaFresh as I’m sure they are a sham!!

False company completely avoid
This company keeps saying they ship things even send you a text with the details and nothing is being sent. I ended up calling barclays to claim a scam and managed to get my money back. Avoid at all costs Hi Marco, Your order UK-NV#P334506701 from NavaFresh has been shipped on 2024-01-23 via Shiprocket International with Tracking ID: 8323176272253 This doesnt even exist. Its all a sham. They keep saying they send email to liase but its not true. Also the track number doesnt exist. There isnt a delay, simply the order doesnt exist.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Says that they would get back to you in 2 hrs.. and now it has been 5 days !! Not a single call back or a reply.

I received an email saying order is been cancelled and I have been charged
I received an email saying "Your order has been canceled" and at the same time, my account has been charged. I tried to contact the customer care contact number provided on their website, but no one on the other end just asked me to leave a message. I emailed them asking why is the order being canceled. I would like to keep the order, but I received just an acknowledgment saying that "Your ticket has been created with the ticket ID 1317043 and subject "Re: Order AU-NV#P862228324 has been canceled" Someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly." No one from Navafresh has responded yet but they have charged me for this. very poor work ethic and I doubt whether this is a scam. try not to waste your time and money.

Take too long to have my order
Take too long to have my order. Tracking number just show until cleared overseas. Now I don’t know where it is and when I can have it

Poor everything
Poor customer service. Postage takes months, I mean 2-3 months. Quality of product poor, unsure of where the products are sourced from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NAVAFRESH. Spend your well earned money someplace else. The company should be shut down. VERY VERY POOR.
