Did not receive the authentic product listed on their website
Made the order on 20th March, and received it on 15th April. The product was not the one in the photo on their website - on their website the product is branded (Queen of Thrones Castor Oil Packs) and what I received was a different generic product!

Don't buy here
This company sent products that had the expiry date blacked out with a marker pen. I complained explaining that this was unethical and they sent replacements.....also with the expiry date erased. Clearly when purchasing health products one expects transparency and honesty, my advice don't trust these people. They actually said they would refund me and then asked what else they could help me with. I would like to suggest that they can help us all by shutting their business down. Looking at the other reviews I am not alone

Not Australian as they claim
They advertised that they were an Australian company but the order came from India. The chocolates I bought were badly metled and unedible. They charged $40 for a lindt chocolate tin that literally only had 5 chocolates in it. I'm furious

Don't buy from this company
Still waiting for my promised in writing refund. Worst customer service ever. They really don't care. Then they just stop replying to you. Don't buy from this company. 8th April, finely got my long promised refund. To be clear, my issue with this company was that I was promised a refund before they delivered a dirty unuseable item. After making that promise they charged their mind and expected me to accept that item. I was then offered a voucher and asked to keep unusable item. To cut a long story short. Never again. Even offered me another voucher instead of refund. Thankfully I have my refund and no I will never shop with you again

Did not receive purchase
I ordered a product on 1st March and still have not received any notification of the delivery status. Customer service did not reply to my email query

Every time I click on “view my order”…
Every time I click on “view my order” to see what’s taking so long, the order confirmation date changes to that day. The system has told me my order has been confirmed on 4 different days! Also, shipping tracking number is a phone number. If I click on the number in my email, I’ll end up making a call. No shipping company is listed. It would really surprise me if I ever get my order because I think I’ve been duped. Very upsetting. Beware. I wish I could figure out how to report this company. Update: 3/15/24 Since writing this review, when I click on “view my order,” nothing comes up. It’s like I’ve been deleted. Update: 4/1/24 order finally arrived. It’s been a few days short of a month. Contacted company on March 21st, 11 days ago, and they said my order would arrive within 7 business days.

Pinhole glasses
I bought a pair of pinhole glasses for $60 from NAVA fresh. They arrived with. broken arm. I phoned up to complain, but the girl wasn't interested. It states it's an Australian company, but it soundslike someone from India Beware when your buy from them.

No product No refund
Bought a litter picker weeks ago and paid extra for expedited delivery. Still waiting >6 weeks later. Everytime I check the tracking it says it's only been shipped that particular day....it's only dispatched on each of the 5 occasions I have checked? Seems legit...NOT!!! Asked for a refund and they sent me a new order number. Like this company is supposed to be based in Ireland. It clearly is not and I would urge people not to buy products from this supplier.
