Order not arrived
Company not UK based, high prices including high shipping prices for what I thought was a quality product. I can’t tell if the product is good or not as I still haven’t received it. Could be a month from my order date, this was not communicated until I chased. It is better to be transparent with customers up front. I now doubt what I will receive and if I will receive it. I would have purchased from elsewhere to receive the product in good time. Likely that existing reviews on their website are not genuine. Always check Trustpilot!

SCAM!
Although the company says it’s based in Ireland this is far from the truth, they’re based in India New Delhi and sell your information to scammers.. ever since I’ve purchased from this company I’ve been receiving scam emails about orders I never placed using my address. Most recent scam that proved it was NavaFresh that had sold my information was the scam contained information about what I had ordered from NavaFresh. They’ve gone as far as scam calling me for more information.. I emailed them about this and have gotten not a single response.

Purchased a 1000grams of seeds x 2.
Purchased a 1000grams of seeds x 2. I got sent 158 grams of seeds in two packets. Rip off price for 70grams of seeds each pack when your paying for a kilo each pack. The company looks to be Australian all fake.. i will be getting my money back through fraud through the bank. Hope this company meets its end soon.

Ordered a product from this mob over a…
Ordered a product from this mob over a month ago .....still waiting. Got in contact with them and they messaged back product is on its way. This was over a week ago. Feel like I've been ripped off. 🫤

Do Not Order From This…
Do Not Order From This Website!!!!!!!!!!!! It is FRAUDULENT!!!!!! DO NOT Order From This Site!!!!!!! Charged my card 3 times for a product they don’t even have!!! They will try to send a generic product instead!!!
