I ordered a hearing aid for my Dad. Website states items can be returned within 14 days. Packing slips are unreadable and damaged. I do not have any return information and no one will return phone messages or emails. I highly recommend not ordering from this company.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give that. Placed an order on 5th July 2024, they have a statement on their website stating that they dispatch orders between 3-5 working days and they still haven’t dispatched my order. Been chasing them first Salman Shaikh on the online chat said it will be dispatched in 48 hours then he said that it’ll be 3-4 days. These people are very unprofessional and DO NOT know how to operate a business. NEVER buy from them I’ve asked for a full refund. Forget the delivery time they can’t even dispatch the item!

I'd give this company a 0 if I could. Item delivered barely resembles that as advertised on their website and was bought from the Indian Amazon site for 4 rupees before being mailed to the UK and then on to me after they had charged me €41. Trying to return the item is next to impossible with Navafresh trying to give me pittance vouchers and then promising to refund the full amount and then arguing over the refund before finally refunding me €4.76. Avoid this company. They operate on Amazon.com and variously online as Ninth Avenue and Ninefit. Bunch of scam artisits

I made a grave mistake by not reading the reviews first. I have ordered a Sherpherd’s purse 100gm just few minutes ago and it was so expensive. But after reading the reviews, of how everyone calling it a scam and how they didn’t receive any products, my heart is already broken. 😭 So sad. What a sad world we live in! People that doesn’t fear hell…

do not use this company , this does not sound legit

I have ordered 2 Jars of Honey of 250 grams. In total its cost me £50 plus international delivery. Originally I was alluded to believed I was dealing with a UK based company but this is not the case, it is INDIAN based company! I realised I could've bought the same product from the original company, but 6 jars at the same cost! I then requested a refund within 3 hours of order, this is within the 24 hour cancellation process that Nava-fresh provides. Although the automated email mentioned the response will be within 3-4 hours of request, however the customer service responded 2 days later and mentioned I cant cancel order. I was not happy because I instantly realised I was conned, and had no choice but to go ahead with order. They offered me a 10% discount which I accepted to make most out of a very bad decision, but this was never given to me, just a false promise. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks with no shipment notification, or response to my emails, the person in contact was Laiba. I am now worried I will never get my order. If I dont get a response in the next few days, I will consider this a Fraudulent Sale.

I ordered pure arnica oil, sender address was Kent st Sydney. Oil took longer that promised to arrive. Tracking no was false, address was a virtual one. Oil arrived, no tamper seal, old looking plastic bottle. Phoned them, no answer, left msg, no reply. After the bank made contact the oil arrived. DONT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY , SCAMMERS.

On 4/4/24 I ordered Biosash Trim Fit Kit (w/trim fit juice, trim fit tea & panch tulsi drops) from Navafresh, as it represented itself as an American company from New Jersey. I received this kit, but it came from INDIA and all the three products were EXPIRED! So much for the name NavaFRESH!!! I wasn’t going to return it back to India so I tried all three products until finished and I did NOT lose a single pound! In fact I gained a couple of pounds. I eat nutritionally, control my portions & exercise daily. So this product Kit does NOT work and is a FALSE CLAIM by Navafresh that you can lose weight with it! THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET AS THE COMPANY SENDS EXPIRED PRODUCTS TO IT’S CUSTOMERS!!! I will NEVER buy from Navafresh again!!!
