NavaFresh USAReviews of navafresh.com

The product received is not at all like in the photo it looks used and does not look safe! I will not be buying again from this company as the product was expensive but not as advertised

I have ordered sweets online , no communication nothing money was deducted and they said failed.

My wife purchased a product M&M biscuits x 240 from FRESHCART for $221 but was supplied a different product M&M choc bars x 24 valued at as per invoice $28.63. Company refuses to acknowledge that they sent the wrong product and refuse to refund us the difference. Salman Shaik is the person we are liaising with via email. We discovered that they operate out of a Virtual Office in Kent st Sydney. They appear to operate under another name, NAVAFRESH. And please don't believe any response from them saying they can't find the corresponding order or name. Invoice AU-F#P121260735

I placed an order with NavaFresh (Order CA-NV#P385219447) and was assured by their representative, Jyoti D., that there would be no additional customs fees. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Despite this, DHL notified me that I had to pay a customs fee of CAD 19.38 before receiving my package. I have reached out to NavaFresh multiple times, providing the chat transcript where I was clearly informed that all import duties would be covered by them. However, after several emails, I have yet to receive any response from their customer service. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after being explicitly misled. I’ve been waiting weeks with no resolution or communication from their end. If this is how they treat their customers, I would not recommend NavaFresh to anyone. They need to honor their promises and respond to customer queries promptly. Highly disappointed. Supriya Kumari

It is scamp!!!!!!!! They send me used item! They never respond my emails it took more the month to revive. It says it Australian it come from UK We need to put case. This company gave up be shut down! Would love to share photo what I received

Total scam this company and the people who give 5 star reviews are fake. They opened a ticket to a account I have never made when I ordered I requested my bank to recall under fraud as I believe these to be people in a different country trying to bleed people dry

STAY AWAY...!!!!!! I purchased a product called Replato platelet & immunity booster syrup from this company on 05/08/24 & i paid $AUD 69.95 for my son who has low platelet since newborn and thinking i bought it from an Australian company based in Sydney only too late to realize a lot of people have had bad experiences with Navafresh. After hear nothing about my purchase i finally received a text from Navafresh with a tracking number which appeared to be fake, everytime i tried to tab on the link/ number provided, it would show as a call number not a tracking number for shipping. If only i did my due dilligence researching this company before making any purchase but because i'm so desperate as a mother who tried some alternative supplement to help my child. I'm not optimistic if i would receive the item i bought but i surely will report this dodgy company to Australian consumer affairs authoritity to ban this company & suspend their trading licence and warning the public about Navafresh. I believe in karma whoever behinds this scam company one day karma will get you. *** Now they said my order was delayed??? What a lies... !!! They took AUD $ 69.95 & never sent the item. The tracking number was fake. Now they responded my review to make it sounded like they offered me a resolution. There's no resolution nor i received a refund/ item. The only resolution is this dodgy company should be banned. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY...!!!!

I ordered some medical items for a surgery I had still have not gotten them and I’m almost healed already. Now to try to get my money back is proving pointless. I have pics of my order and number but won’t let me attach.
