My order never came but once I contacted them the customer service was excellent and I got my product t within days

I received the product but was really shocked at how long it took to get to me. We always had one of these at home when I was growing up. I finally found these and will use them on a regular basis.

Great Machine however, I live in USA therefore had to purchase an adaptor to convert the european plug to the USA plug. Otherwise love the small size and portibility.

Processing time in India was longer then expected. Overall it was a good experience

They give feedback on time on every email sent to them and always take an extra initiative to care,deliver the best service to satisfy every client. I had a challenge with the courier company and they managed to follow up with them concerning my order. Awesome experience working with them.
