I ordered a cupping set with more larger cups and less smaller cups. I received a cupping set with more smaller cups and less larger cups. They refused to send me the right product and the product I received was shipped from Mumbai even though I paid in DKK. They didnt sent a returnlabel but offered about 20 DKK in return fee if I shipped it back. In DK a shipping like that probably cost over 300 dkk and more than the product itself. They offerede me then 70 dkk back and I took it since I had no other option. I could buy a sililar product on amazon with more of the smaller cups for a lower price, than t he final price. I dont approve of businesses who dont sent the right product but somehow seem to empty out their storage during the sale by sending of product of less value that people dont want and refuse to replace it or give a refund that allows a person to buy an additional product to end up with at least the amount and sizes of cups first ordered. Even that is not as good a deal since more boxes and stuff takes up space. Its really bad service and fraud I think.

I haven't received my package. According to tracking info, they have tried to delever the package once (at 6AM) but didn't find anybody home. After that package is returned. I have contacted customer support 2 times but haven't recevied any useful assistance and the package delivery company is not replying. I simply can't think of way this experience could have been worse!!!

Ordered item, in believe, that's from an Europe. Item (tracking) is on the way from INDIA, in Europe, then tax office wanted to tax it. Navafresh wrongly declared value, and didn't know to track own item, so I refused to pay. Customer service useless, do not want to refund, as shiprocket tracking is not updating. Another business, where the missing PAYPAL payment option should be warning good enough to not use it. Stay away, fraudulent business (custom declarations!!!)

I paid $209 for 5 kilos top grain flour and 5 kilos of millet, UPS box clearly stated 9 kilos Barnyard millet was missing , and every jar of flour is about 1pound 10 ounces not single one is 1 kilo, I have the video clip and UPS receipt I send them , but they are giving me runaround offering voucher that would force me to do business with them again and pay shipping again , if there is way to upload the video and pics on this, Ill be glad to, maybe it will help someone else from this miserable overpriced experience, ordered on oct 2nd arrived with missing items and amount in each flour only 1lb 10oz, not kilo paid for, and barnyard kilo bag missing.
