NEVER deal with this company. We placed an order that did not arrive. When we checked someone at the company had changed our delivery address without our knowledge. When we asked why, after they said they had delivered to another address, they did not know why, but confirmed that we did not change it. I requested a refund, they refused and said the product would be re-delivered, that was the 4th November, we have not seen any product or been issued any refund. Once we complained they simply no longer responded to us. We have reported the company to Consumer Affairs Victoria. They are a VERY dishonest, unprofessional and deceptive company, they have stolen our money and not supplied any product. We have messaged the Australian Catering Association and informed all members to place Navafresh on a banned list so that no-one orders from them. Be warned this company will NOT refund, even when they do not deliver a product and when they are totally in the wrong. Save your money, do not deal with Navafresh. RESPONSE TO NAVAFRESH - You were given MANY opportunities to sort this out and you did NOTHING. You say an e-mail was sent, there is NO E-MAIL at all, again more lies. You have been ban listed with the Australian Catering Association and that ban will remain potentially costing you thousands of dollars in orders, until you refund the money you stole from me. Give you another chance, NO, DEFINITELY NOT. Worst company we have ever dealt with, we will NEVER purchase from you again, REFUND MY MONEY. Ordered a shoulder pulley thinking supporting Australian company $50 14 days delivery advertised. 3.5 weeks later pulley arrived from India. Cheap and nasty doesn’t fit over doors as advertised plastic fittings. Invoice from India works out as a $7.55 AUD pulley. Over businesses pretending to be Australia owned but as this comes straight from India and low quality.

I was looking at purchasing some roasted soybeans in Octorber. In google search Navafresh NZ, was showing a product I was keen to try. My disappointment started when the parcel I purchased from (as I was made to believe by the website) Auckland New zealand. It turns out to be coming from overseas. Then by requesting the tracking number I realised it was coming from India. Nothing wrong with India. Should we start counting the co2 emissions for this? I was not given a clear picture of where the goods were located when I purchased from Navafresh. And it is not finished here. Long story short. I purchased 2x agri club roasted soybeans 400gr for $98.75NZD delivered. They(Hendelnine Global LLP) instead purchased from Amazon.in for $12NZD (610 rupees) in total plus shipping to NZ. The package I got is different to what I bought. I ordered pineapple essense as seen in the order title. However the essense I received is Cardom, see the attachment as evidence. I require the pineapple essense asap as I require it urgent for cooking purposes. This is too ridiculous! If you don't have the product in stock, don't display it in your website and sent a different item. This is really frustrating, annoying and downstair stupid. What am I meant to do with Cardom essense when I need pineapple. We tried calling you, they never responded. Please make your service better. If you have pineapple essense, please send it. First time, sure everyone makes mistakes but second time too.

Should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Ordered from what appeared to be an Irish website, with an Irish address and phone number only to find the company is based out of India and the order was shipping from Mumbai. Bit deceptive but in theory I don’t care if the order was received. I received a tracking number pretty quickly so all seemed fine but the order appears to be stuck in transit and I’ve been given two different reasons why (insufficient address even though I gave them correct details, and a customs fee that needs to be paid). Customer service is responsive but just keeps telling me repeatedly to be patient and give them more time. I’ve asked for a refund but they have just asked me again to wait. Very frustrating and feels like a total scam at this point. UPDATE: got refunded after arguing with their customer service for 2 weeks. Product actually arrived a week later, in an Amazon India box. I looked up the cost online and they charged me 40 euro extra for a product they just ordered and got shipped via Amazon. Total scam.

Jeg bestilte noget Heidi chokolade, som er rumænsk og kan ellers ikke købes i Denmark. Det koster normalt 15-20 kr pr plade, en helt almindelig pris. På deres hjemmeside står den til 217 kr, og billedet de bruger ligner at det er en helt pakke, dvs 10-12 plader, hvilket vil give mening prismæssigt. Men når jeg får pakken, er der kun én plade, plus at den er pakket kraftigt ind, og den kommer fra Indien, og jeg skal også betale told. Der står rigtig nok ikke at der er flere end en plade, men den er lavet til at den ser sådan ud. Men når jeg så vil returnere produktet, kan jeg ikke få dem til at gå med til det, selvom der står at man godt kan returnere. De tilbyder “cash vouchers”, og når jeg siger at jeg ikke er interesseret men at jeg vil returnere, svarer de ikke længere. Så jeg står med en helt almindelig plade chokolade købt for 260 kr, oveni købet efter en tung miljømæssigt forsendelse. Hold jer væk fra den webside.

Having lived overseas where several of the products offered are easily available retail, I was shocked to see the prices listed on this site. One can of soup was priced at nearly 20 times more than retail. When I contacted the company, they said that the price reflected import duties and taxes. Not possible, the import duties and taxes on a $1.80 can of soup does not price out at $32.50. And dried noodles that cost $1.20 retail, for $29.00? Stay clear of this site. You'll be financially taken big time. UPDATE AFTER REPLY: I appreciate your reply, but it is little more than the same inaccurate reasoning. The factors you point to absolutely do not correspond to 20 times the actual retail price per unit. You are misleading your customers re actual value of the product and the added costs of getting the product to the US. I just imported a case of said product with no customs/duty due. Please get real on the product pricing.
