I appreciate the ease of scheduling appointments, timeliness when I get to my appointments and ability to communicate via Telehealth application. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and follow up is always remembered. Most of all, I appreciate the monitoring and assistance with my health.

I joined Nava almost 4 years ago now.. When I did the initial Wellness Diagnostic, I was in search of answers for chronic fatigue, lower back pain and enhancing athletic performance. From the beginning of my journey to now I can say that each year with Nava helps me feel younger! The Nava medical providers were able to recommend and successfully assist in helping me with a customized approach to balancing and optimizing my hormones which address the majority issues if my fatigue and recovery time after exercise. Their acupuncture team, as well as their massage therapists, offered a real hands-on approach to addressing the root causes of this particular issue that I thought I was stuck with for the rest of my life.
