From the moment I contacted Nava about their services I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with their staff and done nothing but enjoy the range of services at both the Rockville and Columbia locations. Their scheduling staff at their call center have made it incredibly simple to set or alter appointments. The therapeutic services membership has allowed me to address a lot of my back, shoulder and hip issues through the access to their massage therapists on a consistent basis. Their IV therapy offerings have been a treat to experience and the staff has been the most proficient at placing an IV, beats what I have experienced in any other clinical setting.
