I am pleased with my pellet therapy but the cost is a bit high.

For the services I use, I am very pleased. Very disappointed when they moved out of DC and into Fairfax, Virginia and they offer less services that I wanted to use. Hopefully as more people come, more services will once again be offered.

I love and appreciate NAVA. The people are great and the services are excellent for people who want to stay young and healthy. However, the new locations are not so great. Not good for people who live in DC and also the whole ambiance is not what it used to be. I question why you've moved to doctor's offices, when the whole point of NAVA is to AVOID being in a doctor's office. Before, the ambiance was more like a spa...a cool place to go, with the soothing waterfall, a modern look and feel, creature comforts, pleasing ambiance. Now, it's just like a doctor's office, in fact it IS a doctor's office. Not nearly as enjoyable nor as convenient as it was before. Nevertheless, I will keep coming and do appreciate the service and personal attention. Also, you should retire the plastic water bottles and get a water cooler. Micro plastics are not good and you are contributing to more plastic waste!

Not sold on the new location, parking fees are outrageous and at times difficult to find Staff is friendly and the service is outstanding. Easy to schedule your appointments. The reminders are a tad on too many
