Nava Health & Vitality CenterReviews of navacenter.com

I was referred by a friend and it was not until after my preliminary interviews and test when I realized this place is a lot more than just a spa. I loved the way the were able to advice me on where my body currently stood and where it could be. I enjoyed the Amma massage and will definitely be back!

I have been going to Nava for 4 years now and have enjoyed every second of it. A place that offers a one stop shop where I can focus on my health and well being! From the medical staff to the front desk the customer service has been top notch and I would highly recommend anyone looking to optimize their health to come to Nava and get back to feeling like your healthy self!

I went in for Acupuncture and got so much more! The environment and the staff is so welcoming and it was clear that the service was personalized to my needs. Would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been enjoying the NAVA experience for 4 years now! Over the years I have used many helpful services: chiropractic, IV Therapy, massage, acupuncture, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. I also purchase supplements from NAVA. The staff is friendly, caring, and competent. Appointments are easy to schedule and always on time.

I went to NAVA a few times to get B-12 shots. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was extremely efficient and professional! Never had to wait. Would absolutely go again

Did you know they also offer prenatal massages?! Thank you so much, Maria and Alice for helping me get through my first pregnancy. The back pain was unbearable and the $89/month where you receive two therapies for the price of one made it extremely affordable. They were gentle and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Gracias NAVA! Recomiendo a NAVA 100%!

I came to NAVA for hormone pellets to boost my lagging postmenopausal sex drive. However, through their thorough testing, low adrenal function was indicated, and a simple supplement recommended, which ended my heart racing episodes and afternoon slump!! These were symptoms that my PC and gynecologist had chalked up to 'getting older' and 'menopause.' I hadn't even mentioned them to the NAVA staff. I immediately felt better than I had in years! And the hormone pellets have been wonderful, too! My only less than great experience was a couple years ago with their nutrition team. They audibly gasped when I mentioned a type of oil I sometimes use and did not try to educate me otherwise. They are also using an IGG?? blood testing method for food sensitivities which many qualified allergists feel is not a valid method, and may merely indicate the presence of those foods rather than a sensitivity. You can research and be your own judge. :) I didn't feel the nutritionist meeting was beneficial to me, but I also wasn't really having issues in that area. It was a free perk for me to try it out. I hope this is helpful!!
