I have been going to Nava for years and have always had great experiences. I am currently in acupuncture with Kate & I’m here to say how fantastic she is! I even got my mom to start see her too. If you are at all skeptical about acupuncture, let Kate change your mind.

Great customer service, beautiful facility! The staff members are amazing and so are the treatments.

I was able to talk to my Doctor openly about my concerns, felt that she was really listening and truly understood me. Further, she asked me questions that I had never considered about my health that were potential issues for me. We were able to identify ways to improve my health and how I feel. NAVA Doctor recommended supplements are excellent, scheduling is a breeze, and the support team is top-notch! I always feel welcomed at NAVA, and if I need to, I can have a Virtual Visit with my Doctor. I will continue to recommend the centers to others.

After seeing my PCP who constantly explained my symptoms as part of “getting older” it was refreshing to be with doctors at Nava who don’t adhere to that excuse!

I’ve been going to Nava Nava since late 2014, and I have been pleased with their services. The staff has been amazing, and their Doctors and Therapist are the best I have ever encountered. They all seem to have a personal interest in my wellness. My main reason for going to them was my overall health, and it was determined that I had low testosterone, which wasn’t new to me. The difference is that my Primary Care Doctor never did anything to address the issue. I've been doing Hormone treatment with Nava for the last 4 years, and the results have been amazing. I was disappointed when they close the DC location, which was more convenient for me, but because of the benefits I get, having to travel a little further is worth it. Also, I like the $89 membership they offer, which I use for Massage and Acupuncture is excellent.

I use NAVA for massage, BHRT and the new PulseWave. The staff is very friendly and professional. The massage is a great value compared to competitors. I am in the third year of BHRT and have experienced positive results of the pellets. PulseWave is new and I am collecting data to analyze its effectiveness. Thus far the results are positive.

My experiences at Nava Health & Vitality Center have been exceptional! Management is highly proficient and engaging. The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and approach health and wellness holistically. The Nava products, in particular, the Select Daily Vitamins are a must. I look forward to receiving continued services and products from Nava.
