I have benefited so much from becoming a member of Nava. The staff and medical professionals have all been incredibly helpful and supportive. In particular, I have loved working with the nutritionist, Megan Copeland, and Dr. Lakeischa McMillan. Megan has helped me to better understand nutrition and how to repair my body with the right foods and natural supplements. She is a wealth of knowledge and I learn something new every time we speak! What’s more, she is compassionate and caring and helps me to remember to give myself grace and celebrate my wins. I always look forward to my nutrition counseling sessions with her and really benefitted from her counsel as I went through the NavaRx weight loss program. Dr. Mac has been equally instrumental in helping me focus on my health and become more intentional about healing my body and improving my wellbeing. I never thought I would be able to maintain an extensive regimen of supplements, but I have seen the overall improvements to my health (my mood, bloodwork, hormones) as I continued to take Dr. Mac’s advice and implement the therapies she recommended for me. I feel like I have found true partners in health through Nava. I love the flexibility of being able to receive services (massage, acupuncture, IV treatment, etc.) at multiple locations and know that I can depend on the incredible staff to always support with scheduling and getting the information I need. Functional medicine is so important and I feel like it has been the best compendium to my regular doctor’s visits. The extensive review Nava health professionals do of bloodwork and focusing on preventive health has made me feel empowered to continue maintaining my health and advancing my wellness goals for the long term.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating at the Columbia location. Every time i have expressed any kind of concern they follow up and strive to make things right. Mary has been especially helpful in assisting me. I’ve noticed tremendous strides in my health since joining Nava. The doctors, and nutritionists are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been receiving services a NAVA Health over 9 months and I recommend the Preferred Membership if you are serious about improving your health. With this membership you receive discounts on NAVA products and services. I receive 2 massages a month and it has made a major difference in reducing pain and stiffness due remote working as well as better sleep. I have tried a few of the Providers but Tinesha at Columbia is hands down the BEST! Whew! She doesn’t say too much but her hands do all of the talking!!! I had my first massage at the Fairfax office and was freezing. Tinesha has not only a warm demeanor but has a warm table and all the goodies when I walk in the door! You NEED this! I am also seeing the benefits from the other services like Gut Restore and injectable vitamin therapy…but two massages a month has been a game changer! (There has been a bit of turnover at the Columbia Front Desk…if you have any issues or experience an eye roll or two call the 1-800 number and ask to have the manager call you back! She is great as well!)

I joined in June and was happy that I finally found someone who listened. I have been doing the Nava RX program now for a month. The hormones and supplements have tripled my energy and helped me towards my goals. Plus everyone is super nice. You can tell they care and like what they do.
