I've been going to Nava since October 2022 and I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. Meeting with Dr. Wills and Nour, my nutritionist, helped me plan major surgery and lifestyle moves towards less invasive and more custom health plans. And Reaford, my health coach, always goes above and beyond with everything from scheduling to recommendations, answering all sorts of program and membership questions for me. Jennifer, Iman, Rose - all of them are just an amazing crew all around! With the support of the team, I feel like I am an active participant in my health planning and I'm not rushed to make any decisions. To this day, I've never had a rushed appointment and in the DMV, that's RARE. Every time we meet, there's a genuine interest in me, my health, my progress, where I want to be. I need that kind of environment to feel good and motivated to change my life so that I can be healthier and I'm so glad that this environment is available to me at Nava. I've referred several friends so far and I will continue to!

I always love my massage sessions with Shante! She's very knowledgeable and she has very good pressure to handle us big guys! She's a great new addition to the team, and I can't recommend her enough. The nutritionist, Donna has literally changed the quality of my life! Having a myriad of health issues she provided consistent education with tangible product feedback and guidance. She listened and learned about my life, this provided the ability to interject practical change and modify how I would incorporate the diet with realistic balance. This is vital, I now know through my own efforts- people using semaglutide, but I do not know anyone using the NAVA RX program. It’s beneficial to have that peer support environment to help individuals connect better within the NAVA RX program. Working with Donna has been an amazingly experience! She is a dedicated professional who listens! Given the spike in the need for both physical and psychological health care your program provides this through its excellent care providers - Donna is truly an asset to this program. I was always a healthy person until my last surgery- so I needed this program to get my life back. Please thank Donna for the nutritional educational support. Amy is a godsend! She could tell I was a little bit annoyed with the issue I was having and she was very understanding. Amy researched the issue and was able to explain to me in detail what had occurred. Nava Health has provided outstanding clinical care for me going on 2 years now and the outstanding customer service that Amy provided today coincides. I will remain a loyal happy patient.

As I bring closure to my initial introduction to NAVA Wellness and Vitality services, I wanted to highlight my positive experience with the Rx Plan Nutritional Coaching service. I have had a tremendous nutritional coaching support working systematically towards wellness, stress reduction and reset for healthy patterns moving forward in my life. Megan Copeland is my nutritional coach who met me where I was to move forward on a journey towards where I need to be. She brings incredible expertise, kindness and support throughout making changes not just for immediate gains, but lifelong goals! I also have participated in additional services through massage therapy & stress reduction further supporting weight loss results. Lastly, I recently experienced a wonderful hydro-facial with Rose which I highly recommend. These are all proactive procedures for investing in yourself yielding lifelong results even at 70 years of age. If I can do it, so can you...

I have been with NAVA for several years. The Fairfax office is great. Reaf and AJ do a fantastic job but could use help with the phones as it's tough to help customers in front of them and the phone at the same time. Rebecca is the only person who can take my blood on the first try. The physician assistant was extremely helpful and spent quite a bit of time with me. My massage was great! Very happy with Fairfax!!
