Me experience with Kendra was wonderful as always! I have become aware of issues revolving around the front desk, however. The last 3 times I was there, there has always been some kind of issue. I have been going to Nava for well over a year now, and the decline in customer service is notable. Yesterday, there were 5 people sitting behind the front desk, that were so loud, it sounded like a party. I recorded it. After having to listen to that for 1/2 hour to discover the person did not check me in correctly. It is aggravating enough to make me consider other options. I used to be a very happy customer, but what’s going on now is changing my mind.

My lab bill came last week later for $1700. The manager in Columbia, Zach, reached out to the lab and identified that the lab had made an omission and failed to process through my health insurance company. I was relieved that Zach went the extra mile.

Nava's GI Repair program has changed my life. I've been a vegetarian for 20 years but there were certain foods in my diet that my body was negatively responding to. I found out I was gluten sensitive and also confirmed that sugar along with dairy were triggering added weight gain and acne. The staff have been very friendly. I also gotten the IV detoxes, oxygen therapy along with acupuncture and they have all been pleasant experiences. I honestly don't know if those 3 treatments have helped me at all with pain, muscle aches or detoxing. I get them just in case they are. I've recommended Nava to friends and family, even coming from out of town. Everyone wants one near them. Hopefully Nava continues to expand. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Nava has been great for me. They've given me back my life. I've never had a bad experience with them and if ever I need anything they're always there for me

Personal is helpful, professional and friendly either in person or on the phone. I like that I can have virtual appointments; they’re very convenient. My treatment so far has effective. I have an observation. I asked information about a cleansing product at the Bethesda, MD location and the front desk people couldn’t give any solid information that would help me decide to buy it or not. They need to be familiar with the products on the shelves. Thanks
