An expensive error in judgement
I joined NAVA in April, paid to join and did the weight loss program. I paid $1300 (including a bottle of vitamins) and lost 13 lbs. After that, I was supposed to go for maintenance conversation with the nutritionist and had an emergency come up at work. I called to cancel and they charged me $75 for an appointment that was supposed to be free as part of the program because I had to cancel. I was peeved as you can imagine. So I am done. It was an expensive lesson. I have since lost another 13 lbs for free.
