Hello there.👋 My is name is Scott Nyreen and I am writing this review for Amanda from Nav. I just want to say that Amanda was amazing. She was extremely helpful, polite to friendly but yet professional. It was very refreshing to interact with someone of that caliber for a change. The customer service industry could use more Amanda's. Keep up the great work Young lady.😃👍

I've opened a small business checking account with them. They didn't ask for any documents to open the account. I received 6,600$ in 3 ACH transfers sent out 1 ACH for $1,500$ my account got frozen. Then they just closed the account due to "fraud". This is a waste of time. They're refusing to let me send out the ACH "remaining balance will be sent via mail check". Now I need to wait 1 month for my check with my legit money. Again they CLOSED the account with less than $10,000 transactions due to "fraud". Never even asked for drivers license or any docs. This bank is trash. If your business earns more than 1K use Novo or BlueVine save yourself time.
