a great way to help you start growing your business credit and help and you understand things however I do think it's a little high for what they do they don't refresh the credit rat it Score very often only when they choose normally about every 33 to 35 I woukd suggest you start with uline , quill, Granger and MSc direct order over $50 and pay soon as you get invoices they will build your credit the right way not paying some company $49 a month to report a fake trade line you can gwt your credit scores free they must be provided to you from dnb and experian and all business credit agencies. It should never cost you to build honest credit this company is not recommended

Love Navs service but the process of going through product change or approval for Prime card left alot to be desired. Was denied because of an address entry problem. That was quickly identified and should have been easy to remedy. Instead Navs solution was to open another account under a new email address to get approved for Prime credit card which actually worked when it would have been so much easier to just fix the address issue on the initial application. Terrible process but I do love Navs services to be clear and would still recommend them to work with. Just be prepared for some frustrations and going back and forth with employees because all of their processes and procedures are not always clearly outlined!

The Staff name Anne is very knowledgeable and Professional and NAV does offer great product and services to help build business credit.

I have to take down 2 points from what could be a 5. I say this due to there possibly being a glitch in their database when applying for the NAV Prime Checking. I tried 2x and as soon as you upload proof of business you get denied. I mean literally not even two seconds for it to upload there pops up the DENIED. I had been trying for almost two weeks to get help with the system just simply accepting the uploads. I wrote to their team 2x and finally got a response from Amy. Amy with NAV was excellent and I give her a 5 star for being available to help the during the second attempt. She was just as puzzled as I was with how quick the DENIED message came back on the screen. I humbly request for NAV Team and Tech Support look in to why this is happening to potential customers. I am not the only business person who is complaining. Please fix this soon. Thank you kindly.
