Just before I opened an account with Nav, I changed the name of my business. According to the IRS rule, when you change the name of your business, you DO NOT have to obtain a new EIN. I've explained this to Nav reps on several occasions, yet they continue to ask for my IRS 147C letter with the new entity name. I think this is something they should already know. Yet they continue to ask for this document before I can open a Navi Prime account. The representative I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and simply stated they would get back to me, it's been over a month, and I still see they're asking for additional documents.

SCAM. MISLEADING WEBSITE. DO NOT SIGNUP FOR MEMBERSHIP. I was offered a nav prime card which showed that I would have access to up to two tradelines. However upon signing up for it, it is not available in my state. Why would it be offered if it was unavilable in my state? I couldn't even get a refund for $50 2 minutes after signing up.

I signed up for Prime because I was under the impression it helps start ups. I acquired my LLC shortly after. While applying for the card I accidently hit submit before I uploaded all the documents and was denied and not able to reapply. I should have been able to reapply when I explained the situation. I called and was told to apply for business checking under a different email and when approved call back and they will give me a coupon so I wouldn't have to pay twice. However I did that and I was denied a checking account too. When I called to cancel they did not try to persuade me to stay or fix the situation. You should be able to apply for the card before you pay, I'm sure many people paid and was denied and out the $50, that adds up to a whole lot of money for them and your business was hurt not helped. I feel like this was a scam. I'm not paying $50 for a single tradeline and to be able to see my credit scores that is not helping my business at all. I hope this did not affect my business in any way. If you are just starting out or have any dings on your personal credit I would save your money and invest elsewhere. I was excited about joining Nav and was just disappointed and frustrated.

The agent I spoke with was very patient, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. She really helped me understand what I didn't.

Nav acquired tilfull and assured tilfull existing customer everything will remain the same. Less than a year later, Nav got rid of the secured credit card program with little notice. Very shady business practice.

I just opened this account. I transferred some money from my personal account to the business checking account. These people have not posted my money yet and it’s been over five days. I’m definitely not using nav Moving forward bad experience already I will be disputing the charge
