Nautica shipped me items that were completely different to the online listing (long sleeve instead of short; white logo instead of blue) but still had the audacity to charge me a $10 return fee! Avoid this seller.

This company would not let me help exchange item on unsent order!!! the order was underwear, I made a mistake ordering wrong item, called in to help help me exchange or cancel the order. That wouldn’t do it for me. Lost me as a customer forever.

Terrible return policy which I'm sure is intentional. They don't provide information or a label, your return costs half as much as your purchase. DON'T BUY FROM NAUTICA.

Schlimmer geht nicht! Absolut miserabel. Gebuchter und bezahlter Parasailing Flug 2 mal abgesagt und auf anderes Datum verschoben. Dann beim 3. Termin verspätete Abfahrt. KEINERLEI SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN ERFÜLLT: Keine Einweisung, keinerlei Infos an Bord, Fahrer sprach nur spanisch, Umstieg auf ein anderes Boot ungesichert mitten auf dem Meer notwendig und KEINE SCHWIMMWESTEN ODER RETTUNGSRINGE selbst als ein Fahrgast über Bord ging und fast ertrunken ist!!!!!! Ein Rettungswagen musste den Mann in ein Krankenhaus fahren. Solchen Unternehmen müsste man direkt die Lizens entziehen. Haben dann auf Parasailing verzichtet und mit viel Diskussionen unser Geld zurück gefordert. Der Betrieb dort lief dann aber ohne irgendeine Änderung in Sachen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einfach weiter…

They suck. Do not buy online from this company. The fact that nothing fit i had to pay shipping to return . I hope they go out of business. I will never, ever buy any thing from this company. Horrible place to deal with.

The nautica store # 00086 at Concord Mills is horrible. I’ve been to the store on 3 different occasions to make a return and no seems to be able to do it! Poor customer service and hope the stores goes out of business.
